Where do I add skills or education requirements in my Job Description?

The best place to put skills or education requirements is right in the Job Summary.

EXAMPLE:
SALES ENGINEER: Manage designated technical accounts, including relationships with associates affiliated with those accounts. Other duties include unit growth, pipeline management, and product design; work closely with sales, marketing, product management, and technical team leaders in these capacities. Must be proficient using Salesforce.com. Must have 5+ years in pre-sales technical consulting, strategic post-sales, or systems integrations consulting.
