Why don't you include the JuvodHR Score on the employee's version of the Performance Review?

It is best to focus on the content of the review and not a number.  Best practices indicate that employees will improve the most by getting specific feedback about their work tasks and work styles.

The number is most beneficial to management for purposes of stack ranking employees with the same job as well as stack ranking all employees in the company.
