Where do I add my employees' goals or quotas in my Job Description?

If you have a separate document for goals or quotas, we suggest using one of the tasks is the best way to include this information. For example, you could make a task that reads "Achieve annual goals", or "Must demonstrate initiative and progress in agreed upon goals".

By doing this, the goals will be an integrated part of your Job Description AND your Performance Review and your assessment of the goals will be included in the final JuvodHR Score.
