How is an employee's JuvodHR Score determined?

Our experts have developed a statistically valid weighted system that calculates an employee's JuvodHR Score based on his or her performance ratings.

All Tasks and Work Styles are first rated on a scale of 1 to 7:

1.0 to 3.9 = Needs Improvement
4.0 to 6.0 = Meets Expectations
6.1 to 7.0 = Exceeds Expectations

We weight each of these ratings based upon the item's importance to the job as determined by list order, then average those weighted ratings to calculate the JuvodHR Score. In other words, the rating for Task 1 will affect an employee's score more than the rating for Task 10.

How much weight is given to Rank 1, Rank 2, Rank 3, and so forth?
O*NET offers importance ratings on a 0 to 100 scale for Tasks and Work Styles for each job.To determine rank weights, we calculated the average importance rating across all jobs given to an item of that rank. For example, Work Style 1 has a mean importance rating of 88.92 across all occupations; thus, Work Style 1 for each occupation is weighted 88.92 when calculating the final JuvodHR Score.
